How we charge

A scope agreed in advance.

Our work A weekly, monthly, or seasonal scope we shape together at the start — planning, sourcing, coordination, and the line that's always answered.
Suppliers Provisioning, transfers, chefs, florists — passed through at their own rate, unchanged.

We take no commission from suppliers and apply no markup to clients. The recommendation is always the best one, not the most profitable one.

Who we work with

People we keep working with.

  • A baker we keep going back to in Yalıkavak
  • Olive growers tasted before we buy
  • Yacht captains known by name
  • A florist by introduction
  • Houses that don't take strangers opened for us, not directories
  • Drivers, chefs, and laundresses the same hands, summer after summer

Across years

Most clients return.

Most start with one request. Most stay through the season. Most come back the following year — by boat, by villa, by visit. The work continues between visits, in the winter, when the houses are quiet.

Who answers

One name at the end of every email.

Every WhatsApp message is from the same person. Every reply, every confirmation, every change of plan. Şirin runs the house. She answers her own phone, every day of the season.

Discretion

No names. No tags. No public list.

We don't publish client names. We don't tag photographs. We don't share our supplier list. New work begins by reference, or by inquiry — never by directory.

Begin a conversation.

Replies come from Şirin, in writing, within four hours. We work with a limited number of clients each season; not every inquiry becomes an engagement, and we say so directly when we are full.
