How we handle your information.

Atelier Myndos is operated by Şirin Erdilek, based in Bodrum, Turkey. For the purposes of KVKK, Şirin is the veri sorumlusu — the data controller. Any question about personal data can be addressed to her directly.

We collect only the personal data you choose to give us in the course of contacting Atelier Myndos and arranging work with us:

• Through the Inquire form — your name, email address, phone number, requested date range, and the note you write.
• Through WhatsApp — the messages and phone number visible to us through our WhatsApp Business account.
• By email — anything you send to sirin@ateliermyndos.com or that we exchange with you afterwards.

This website does not use tracking cookies and does not profile your browsing. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; Google may briefly process your IP address as part of that request.

We use your information only to:

• Reply to your inquiry and shape the work you have asked for.
• Coordinate suppliers, transfers, and bookings on your behalf during an engagement.
• Continue the relationship across seasons, if you choose to return.
• Comply with any obligation under Turkish law.

We do not market to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes. There is no newsletter to opt out of, because we do not run one.

Your personal data sits on the systems we use to run the brand:

• Resend — delivers email from this website to Şirin and the confirmation email back to you.
• Vercel — hosts the website and runs the inquiry form. Vercel may briefly log technical request data (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) as part of standard operation.
• Google Workspace — Şirin's email account at sirin@ateliermyndos.com.
• Meta (WhatsApp) — if you write to us through WhatsApp.

As KVKK requires us to disclose: data held by these providers may sit on infrastructure outside Turkey, including in the European Union and the United States.

During an engagement, Şirin shares only what is strictly necessary with suppliers — a restaurant for a reservation, a driver for a transfer, a chef for a dinner — so they can do their part. We never share your contact details without your permission.

• Inquiry messages and email exchanges — kept for as long as the relationship is active, plus the period required by Turkish tax and contract law (typically up to ten years).
• WhatsApp messages — retained according to WhatsApp's own settings; we do not export or store them separately.
• Server logs — retained briefly by Vercel and Resend, per their operational policies.

If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed.
• Request information about how it is being processed.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used as intended.
• Know any third parties to whom your data has been transferred, in Turkey or abroad.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data, within the limits of the law.
• Ask that parties to whom your data has been transferred be notified of corrections or deletion.
• Object to a result that arises solely from automated analysis.
• Request compensation if you have suffered damage from unlawful processing.

Write to sirin@ateliermyndos.com or phone +90 532 660 07 84 with your request. We reply in writing within thirty days, as KVKK requires. For anything urgent, the WhatsApp line is the fastest route — replies normally come within four hours during the season.

If the substance of this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page and the date below will be updated. Material changes that affect existing clients will be communicated by email.
